Teen Class coming soon for 13-16 year-olds. We’re taking sign ups now.

8 Child Max on Club Class. When 10:00 AM class fills we will fill 9:30 AM, then 9:00 AM.

CrossFit Kids HQ suggests 20 minutes for Club. I will entertain them with play, stretching, stories, filling out our sticker charts and prizes, etc, for another 10 minutes or more and turn them over to the day care provided if you as the parent are still working out.

Crew will be 40 minutes.

Pack will be 50 minutes. We will have 10 minutes of Brain time at the end. Studies have shown our brain is at its best right after working out. At the is time we will have WOD journals/logs and a brain game/brain teaser provided by the coach.

**When class is over please STAY WITHYOUR CHILD or let them play in the day care area if you are hanging out at the gym so as to respect the workout area of the adults and most importantly for your child’s own safety.
