Where Should I start?

We recommend 3 ways to get started: Crossfit Group Workouts, Our Bootcamps, or Personal Training. Please read below to help you find what would work best for you.

Personal Training

We recommend personal training if you have significant orthopedic issues or injuries which require rehabilitation. Additionally, if you’ve been referred by your physician or due to health issues or weigh 150% more than is normal for your height. Although our Boot Camp and Crossfit classes are positive and supportive some people prefer the attention and privacy of personal training and are welcome to continue it with us. Boot Camps

Boot Camps are for someone who is generally sedentary but has no major orthopedic issues and is ready to make a change in their life. Here’s a quick test: If you get out of breath going up a flight of stairs or cannot perform 10 pushups in a row Boot Camps are for you. Boot Camps are also for people who want to have fun and try something new.

It’s incredibly hard, but it works! This is what our students will tell you.

Will it be hard? Yes, but not impossible. Our students would say it’s hard but worth the results.

Can I keep up? Yes. Everyone else here started out just like you.

Stop kidding yourself. Your workout routine is a joke. You’ve been sleep-walking from machine to machine at your health club for years with little or nothing to show for your investment. Or worse yet, you’ve cooked up a million excuses as to why you can’t work out. Your back is stiff, you’re too busy, and you’re too old-Come on now, are we that pathetic? Our classes deliver GUARANTEED RESULTS. After one month, your transformation will be initiated. By month number two, your friends will want to know your secret. By month number three you’ll be ready to Crossfit. After one year you’ll be in the best shape of your life.

Crossfit

If you can run at least a mile, ski all day, or are generally active and consider yourself fit, Crossfit is the place for you to start. Did you read up above about sleep walking from machine to machine at your health club with little or nothing to show for it? I guarantee that won’t happen here. Crossfit is used to train everyone from Navy Seals to Collegiate athletes to our housewives who routinely crank out thirty or forty pull-ups in a workout. You’ll think your first workout was the hardest thing you’ve ever done but then you’ll be hooked. Crossfit is fast paced, intense, and fun. You’ll also enjoy the amazing community of like minded people who will motivate you, celebrate your successes, and become your friends. It’s a far cry from walking into your local big box gym and doing your cardio and bodybuilder routines. It works, period.
