Crossfit is the best workout you’ll ever do and I’m passionate about creating a world class coaching experience for my athletes.  If you want real results you’ll find them here.  I’ll encourage you, teach you proper technique, and demand your best.  I walk the talk:  I eat Zone, avoid sugar, and Crossfit rigorously.  As a trainer my goal is to teach people how to surpass their limits and then carry a newfound confidence into every area of their life.  As a father of 3 boys, a husband, and an owner of multiple businesses I especially appreciate the efficacy of Crossfit…no more 2 hour gym sessions.  For me it’s all about community, camaraderie, and seeing people achieve their best.  Prior to finding Crossfit I wrestled for a decade, hiked 1200 miles along the Florida Trail, and bicycled across the United States.  If you click on the picture I’m the guy in the red shirt.

As a mother of 3 boys I appreciate how quickly Crossfit allowed me to bounce back and be even fitter than I was before my last son was born.  As a coach I love teaching and pushing people to achieve their best.  As an athlete I love feeling strong, being powerful, and having consistently high energy levels all day long.  Faith and family are the primary focus in my life in addition to a passionate love for politics.

As wife and mom I love to be active with my family, be it through
snowboarding, climbing, hiking or whatever other outdoor adventure comes
my way. I love Crossfit because it has provided me with what I
need to do the things I love and do them well. The certification I have
received has taken what i thought fitness was and turned it upside
down.  The training has inspired me to do things I never knew I
was capable of.  Crossfit has taken fitness to a level that is
unparalleled to anything I have seen through my years of Health Club
management and fitness instructing.  I have tried the Kool-aid, and frankly it is damn good!

Born and raised in Utah playing sports and being an outdoor enthusiast. I have seen the world through the military and I am always glad to come back home to the climate and Mountain to desert terrain of Utah. I have been with the 19th Special Forces group for over 20 years. For the past five years I have been training military men and women who want to raise their combat fitness to a superior level. I have used Crossfit and Gym Jones techniques to accomplish this. I have attended the training seminars put on by Gym Jones, which has many similarities to Crossfit. I plan to attend a Level 1 certification in the future.
I have a passion for physical fitness and love the adrenaline rush you get when you take your mind and body to a different level. Being 44 years old, I am still able to do the things I love to do now just as well or better than I did when I was 20. With physical fitness I am able to live a life without limits. I have been training in this style of fitness for the past 3 years and have seen my own physical fitness grow to unlimited capabilities.

Tonya – Crossfit Yoga Instructor

I started doing yoga over 6 years ago and completed my 200-hr Yoga Instructor Certification from Yoga Jo’s Studio in North Ogden.

I am a firm believer that yoga can improve everyone’s quality of life and I love helping people discover this for themselves.

Yoga focuses on flexibility, balance, core strength and agility.  It will help you create long, lean muscle mass, prevent injury and ease common aches and pains (I would recommend it to almost anyone who suffers from back pain).

As I recent convert to Crossfit, I can also say with 100% confidence that Yoga can improve your ability to Crossfit as well.

I tailor these yoga classes to the compliment Crossfit and counteract the strain we put on our bodies during the workouts.
